Our vision

To build a united fraternity of advocates across Uttar Pradesh founded on trust, compassion, transparency, accountability, and mutual support — where no member stands alone in times of personal or professional crisis, and where collective goodwill strengthens the legal profession and society.

Our purpose

SATHI (Sustainable, Accountable, Transparent and Happy Integration of Good Souls) is established to create a voluntary network of advocates who extend timely financial, moral, and professional assistance to fellow members facing emergencies. The organization seeks to promote unity, ethical conduct, social responsibility, and a culture of mutual care within the legal community.

Our mission

To create a sustainable platform based on voluntary contributions for emergency assistance to members.

To uphold the highest standards of transparency and accountability in every activity and financial transaction.

To encourage fellowship, cooperation, and mutual respect among advocates.

To support members and their families during unforeseen hardships with dignity and compassion.

To promote professional excellence, ethical advocacy, and service to society.

To inspire advocates to contribute selflessly towards the welfare of the legal fraternity.

From the desk of the founder

“The legal profession is built on justice, integrity, and service. Yet, even those who dedicate their lives to protecting the rights of others may one day need the support of their own fraternity. SATHI has been conceived with the simple belief that when advocates stand together, no member should face hardship alone.

SATHI is not merely an organization; it is a family bound by compassion, accountability, transparency, and goodwill. Every voluntary contribution is a symbol of solidarity, every act of assistance is an expression of humanity, and every member is both a contributor and a beneficiary of collective strength.

I invite advocates across Uttar Pradesh to join this noble movement and help build a fraternity where trust is our foundation, service is our mission, and unity is our greatest strength. Together, we can create a sustainable model of mutual support that reflects the highest ideals of the legal profession.”

How it works

Three steps from application to a fully funded emergency.

01

Get verified

Submit your Bar Council registration, Certificate of Practice, and bar association details. Admins verify every credential before you join.

02

Raise or support

Facing a crisis? Raise a request. See a fellow advocate in need? Your share is calculated automatically and split equally across every active member.

03

Pay, verify, resolved

Contribute via UPI or bank transfer, upload proof, and admins verify each payment. Funds are tracked to the rupee until the case is closed.

Verified advocates only

Every member is vetted against Bar Council registration and Certificate of Practice before joining.

Equal-split emergency fund

When a member raises an emergency, the amount is split evenly across every active member automatically.

Transparent payment trail

Every contribution is logged, verified, and auditable — no ambiguity about who paid and when.

Fair accountability

Two missed mandatory contributions and membership is revoked. Re-apply any time.

From the network

When my father was hospitalized mid-trial, I had a request live and fully funded within a day. No paperwork chase, no awkward asks — just the bar showing up.

The equal-split model is what sold me. Nobody carries more than their fair share, and the verification queue means the fund never goes to a stranger.

Verification takes days. Solidarity lasts a career.
